Update: With school back in session and other life changes, please expect longer than usual email response time. I try my best to check emails regularly and accommodate changes to orders as needed while working diligently on your orders as well as other roles that I play. TAT has also increased to 14-30 business days to accommodate these changes. To ensure that I am making the best quality items for your babies, please allow 7-21 business days for your order to be made and shipped. We are 100% handmade and this takes time. Orders are processed in the order that is was received and currently there is no rush option for orders. Our processing time does not including transit time which can take roughly 2-5 days to be delivered to you.
If you have any issues with orders being delayed, please try signing up for text alerts first. If that is unsuccessful, reach out to the post office or contact me and I will be more than happy to help you with contacting them.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Once your order has been placed, there is a 14-21 BUSINESS day turn around time. We are a handmade shop and each item is made, inspected multiple times and shipped from my home in FL. I do not rush orders as there is an increased risk for error and I stand by my products 100%.
We process orders in the order that it was received. Once your receive shipment update, allow 24-48 hours for tracking to be updated as we batch ship multiple orders for efficiency.
PLEASE NOTE: often times items oversell during releases, if you are affected by this, you will be issued a refund via the payment method you used. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to reflect. I usually process refunds once a week, on Fridays. If you used sezzle as your payment, store credit will be issued for that item.
Q. Are you accepting custom orders
A: At this time, we are not able to commit to any special request unless you are wanting to customize fabrics and prints already in our shop.
Q: How does your clothing run?
A. While our clothing is designed to fit as true to size as possible, all babies are unique and should be measured for accuracy. Please see our size chart for size comparison.
Q: Is there an option to rush my order?
A: no, not at this time.
Q: Do you combine shipping
A: I try my best to combine shipping and refund shipping costs if you placed multiple orders. However it just depend a on the weight of the item, how many orders are in between your 1st and 2nd order and the cost of the shipping label once I print them. Combine shipping is not guaranteed.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: You can make changes on all orders within 24 hours of purchase (IF) that item is still in stock. If the item is sold out, this means all orders have been accounted for in the available fabric & nothing can be changed or added on. After 24 hours, I start cutting orders & at this point,orders cannot be changed.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A. We understand that things happen from time to time, order cancellations can be processed within 3 days. We work as fast as we can and sometimes orders have already been cut, sewn and getting ready to be packaged. To keep our inventory organized, orders cannot be cancelled if it has been more than 3 days.
**Sezzle orders can not be cancelled.**Due to sezzle’s merchant policies, any refunds/or adjustments with sezzle after payment is processed will Be issued via store credit.
